Hardware Agreements typically provide frameworks for the delivery of computer hardware to a customer. These transactions can take a variety of forms, all of which involve several key issues. The first issue is related to equipment performance. Price and payment are also concerns for both parties. Finally, your document must also address performance and remedies.
