The Multimedia Development Agreement defines a structured approach for developing multimedia products. The Program Development process defines ten tasks, each with respective deliverables which must be approved by the customer before contingent tasking can be initiated. The document provides for licensing and support of the product as set forth in a supplemental licensing arrangement as an Exhibit (not included) to the development agreement.
