Form Overview
The Video Agreement documents a structured process for video production. The process begins with a scoping document defining requirements for production, development of storyboards, shooting of video footage, pre-approved graphics, audio and assembly. Each interim step and deliverable is subject to approval by the parties. Payment is contingent upon approval of interim deliverables. Video copyright ownership accrues to buyer.
