Form Overview
The Software Maintenance Agreement for multiple services provides a general framework for maintenance and support services. The maintenance services include software defect resolution services including telephone support, off-site support (tests/analyses) and additional support (work around processes).
Software updates, as generally released by vendor, and general consultations are also provided as part of the maintenance services. Maintenance services are covered by an annual maintenance fee, as established annually by vendor in advance of the applicable maintenance term. The support services include the development of enhancements, licensing of software upgrades and ad-hoc support services. Enhancements are provided on a time and material basis. Upgrades are software product available for a separate license fee. Ad-hoc services are provided for a block fee pursuant to an order for such services requiring an advance deposit.
