Form Overview
The Computer Cabling Agreement structures a service arrangement for installing computer cabling by an independent contractor. The Agreement specifies five tasks: (1) materials acquisition and delivery; (2) facility preparation; (3) installation and labeling; (4) debris removal, and (5) inspections. Services are performed on a fixed price basis under a fixed schedule. A detailed facility plan is required as Exhibit A (requires drafting). Subcontractors must be approved by customer.
