Form Overview
The Cyber-Security Audit Contract provides a framework for engaging the services of a Security Auditor to review the System, identify potential security compromises and recommend system changes designed to enhance security. The definition of the System to be audited is critical and must be completed in an Exhibit A. The audit process is defined as a series of four tasks, each with a separate deliverable. Potential security compromises are documented in a Test Report as defined pursuant to the execution of a Test Plan. Recommendations are set forth in a final deliverable. Each deliverable is subject to a specified delivery date defined under the contract. Services are provided on a time and material basis at standard rates.
