Form Overview
The Employment Recruiting Agreement provides a structure for employers to retain the services of professional recruiters while also minimizing the risks incidental to the common recruiter relationship. The definition of services includes referral of candidates, as requested by employer, thereby precluding indiscriminate mailings establishing recruiter fee claims on all enclosed résumés regardless of the date of hire. The services also include screening for specific criteria. Termination of the arrangement is with fifteen days notice by either party. Payment and fee obligations do not survive termination or cancellation. Fee obligations only extend to candidates hired within one year of introduction to the employer by recruiter. A best efforts warranty and indemnification is extended by the recruiter to the employer. Strict confidentiality applies to the proprietary information of the employer. Noncompete and employee pirating restrictions also apply. You can find answers to your questions using our extensive library of
