Form Overview
The Residential Lease favoring the Landlord provides a legal framework allowing Tenant occupancy of residential premises owned by the Landlord. The premises are defined referencing the address of the residence. The Lease Term is defined with reference to start and end dates and can be for any period desired by the parties. Use and occupancy restrictions apply, and the Tenant is responsible for all utilities and maintenance. Tenant is precluded from altering the Premises without Landlord approval.
