Form Overview
The Hardware Maintenance Agreement favoring customer structures a comprehensive service arrangement under a single maintenance fee schedule. Services include a comprehensive obligation to repair defects in response to oral service requests. Aggressive vendor response times are also required. Software updates and hardware upgrades are required. Preventive maintenance is required, including replacement of defective parts. Service schedules are subject to customer discretion.
