Form Overview
The Electronic Storefront Development Agreement establishes a contract relationship between Customer and Consultant for the development of a transactional website for the sale of Customer product by Customer to its own customers. The development process is structured as a series of tasks starting with a needs analysis and concluding with final product (subject to Customer testing and acceptance). Interim deliverables are subject to customer approval and include a scoping document, definition of audiovisual components, and a design document. The Agreement involves a fixed schedule for implementation, testing and customer acceptance. The Storefront services include hosting of the site for Customer by Consultant. The intellectual property rights are apportioned between Customer and Consultant depending upon original ownership with Technology developed under the engagement apportioned to Owner. The Agreement supports the development of "catalogue storefronts" (i.e. Product listings only) and Transaction Storefronts supporting online purchases.
