The Electronic Storefront License Agreement structures a licensing arrangement for the implementation of a transactional Customer website. The Customer website is implemented using design criteria approved by Customer using existing Licensor templates. The resulting website is owned by Consultant and licensed to Customer for use in selling product over the Internet. The Agreement is structured in two parts, with the abbreviated portion signed by Customer highlighting the fee schedule and incorporating Standard Terms and Conditions. The operative language implementing the website, granting licensing access and providing hosting services is in the Standard Terms and Conditions. The fee structure includes an implementation fee, monthly license, bandwidth and registered user fees as well as transaction fees based upon sales volume.
