The Standard Internet Advertising Agreement documents the vendor obligation to display on-line messages to traffic visiting the vendor's website. These obligations include record keeping, loading of updates and monthly reporting. Customer is responsible for message content. The fee arrangement is set forth in an attached schedule and is structured to reflect differing values for banner ads, sponsor logos and differing user access and display techniques.
