The Model Invoice provides a purchase order format for documenting computer services or equipment sold to a customer. The description of services or equipment is provided by the vendor/consultant. Customers sign the agreement, thereby acknowledging the applicable terms. The terms reference the definition of services and equipment. Delivery, installation and risk of loss terms apply to the delivery of the equipment. The customer payment obligations are also set forth, with a security interest granted in the equipment until the customer account is paid in full. The agreement also provides for protection of confidential information, a warranty limitation and customer indemnification of the vendor/consultant.
