Form Overview
The Software Service Agreement favoring customers defines several types of services to be rendered under the arrangement. The "implementation services" include the development of an implementation plan based upon guidelines established by the customer (Exhibit A), as well as a training plan based upon a customer defined training guide (Exhibit B) for a specified software product. In addition, the agreement provides for "consulting services," as set forth in a work order (Exhibit C). The services also include development of enhancements to the software product, as set forth in an enhancement order (Exhibit D). The qualifications of certain personnel as specialist are also defined by the customer in Exhibits E and F. Invoices are subject to customer approval, and the software product carries a performance warranty, as set forth in applicable documentation.
