Form Overview
The Standard Customization Agreement is an abbreviated software development framework for developing and licensing customized changes to an existing software technology. Control of the engagement is allocated to the developer. The definition of the software to be developed is informal and the document does not reflect the traditional software development life cycle process. Acceptance of the software developed under this arrangement arises ninety days after the implementation date. The software is licensed for use on a designated computer at a specific location. Payment for the services is subject to separate contract (not included). This arrangement can be time and material or fixed fee, as negotiated between the parties. Ownership of the intellectual property rights accrues to developer. The software warranty is limited to functionability on the designated computer.
