Form Overview
The Third-Party Equipment Lease provides a framework for lessee to select equipment and direct the purchase thereof by a lessor who has the right to assign ownership. The lease is structured to accommodate multiple equipment schedules (included). Assignees of lessor interests under the lease do not have any obligations, except to honor lessee quiet enjoyment of the equipment under the lease terms. Lessee is responsible for equipment maintenance and insurance. Lessor assigns warranties, guarantees, indemnifications and remedies offered by the supplier, in connection with the equipment, to lessees. Each equipment schedule identifies the equipment, lease term, rental payment, stipulated loss value, supplier, insurance amount and other criteria for each equipment acquisition.
