Form Overview
The Standard Subscriber Agreement is a click-to-accept arrangement establishing a contract for services that includes subscriber access to website and Internet Content as part of the service arrangement. The click-to-accept provisions are set forth in the header of the Agreement, allowing the parties to conclude the arrangement online. The Agreement is based upon the Website Owner providing subscriber access to website content in connection with services rendered by Owner to Subscriber. Subscribers are responsible for their own data, downloads, and content. Owner agrees to provide hosting services for Subscriber data, content and technology, as well as applicable domain name registration. The services of Owner do not include ISP accounts. The proposed service level is twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, less downtime for excusable delay. Fees are structured on a subscription and time and material basis.
