Form Overview
The Recruiting Agreement has been structured to reduce the risk of unqualified hires and inadvertent fee obligations. The recruiters obligations include referrals for a specified position, excluding applicants from other sources. Specific screening responsibilities are imposed on the recruiter. Fee obligations are contingent upon continuous employment for an initial period, with invoices subject to approval. The Agreement also imposes certain noncompete and employee pirating restrictions. The recruiting fee is 25% of the annual salary of the employee. Candidates must be hired within one year of the referral date for the fee obligation to apply.
