Form Overview
The Reseller Agreement documents a technology product arrangement under which the reseller purchases and resells product to the end customer. The arrangement is non-exclusive and limited to a defined territory. Advertising and promotional costs are paid by the reseller. The reseller is specifically authorized to market and sell product using the Internet. Product is sold to the reseller at a set price and subject to mark-up. Reseller is licensed to use the product trademark as owned by the manufacturer. All related domain names associated with the product are transferred to the manufacturer. Defective product may be returned for refund. The intellectual property rights incidental to the product are owned by the manufacturer/owner. Warranties are limited and reseller is obligated to carry certain insurance. The arrangement can be terminated subject to thirty days written notice.
