Form Overview
The Beta Test Agreement provides a comprehensive framework allowing the beta test licensee to participate in testing a software product acknowledged by both parties as not commercially ready. The license grant allows the licensee to use the software on a defined computer for testing purposes. The software is accepted for testing as loaded onto the computer by licensor. The licensee agrees to allow demonstrations of the software to third parties (potential licensor customers). Licensee agrees to execute a specific test plan which is attached by exhibit (not included). Licensor agrees to maintain the software in response to licensee requests. Licensee and licensor agree to monthly reviews of the test results as documented in a test report maintained by licensee. Licensee has the option to license the software at the end of the testing term as provided in a licensing agreement enclosed as an exhibit (not included). The Agreement provides for the payment of a license fee which may be defined as zero or more, depending upon party negotiations. You can find answers to your questions using our extensive library of
