The Patent Sub-Library includes patent assignment and licensing documents, as well as a patent application along with audiovisual instructions for filing your patent application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

The Copyright Sub-Library includes a copyright application along with audiovisual instructions for registering your copyright with the United States Copyright Office. The Sub-Library also provides sample contracts involving copyright issues for software development applications, as well as book and video agreements.

The Intellectual Property Purchasing Sub-Library provides draft agreements that can be used to negotiate the sale or purchase of intellectual property copyrights and patents.
