The Video Promotion Agreement documents corporate participation in the production costs of a sports/entertainment video. The corporation licenses the trademark for use in the video and pays a participation fee. In exchange, the corporation receives the right to purchase the video at a discount and to use the video in product promotions. Title to the video remains with the product party, with marketing rights granted to the corporation. Termination is subject to ten days advance written notice.
