Cheryl D. Meide was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1995 and joined the firm the same year. She attained her Bachelor of Science, Magna Cum Laude, from Jacksonville University in 1991. In 1995, she received the degree of Juris Doctor from Florida State University. Ms. Meide has experience and represents clients in various technology transactions, including software licensing and e-commerce transactions. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Meide was a law clerk for Draughon Professional Association. While working toward her Juris Doctor degree, Ms. Meide clerked for Draughon Professional Association; Rogers, Towers, Bailey, Jones, & Gay, P.A.; and Mahoney, Adams, & Criser, P.A.
