Form Overview
The Services Order Agreement structures two types of services: (1) Software Implementation Services; and (2) Consulting Services. Both service frameworks are supported by a specialized Service Order providing a service request format unique to each service profile. The Implementation Service profile relies on a pre-defined tasking structure designed to support the development of an Implementation Plan for a software product. The Consulting Service is defined in a work order in which the parties draft a Scope of Work, Deliverables List, Term, Schedule and definition of Customer responsibilities. Fees are time and material. The deliverables and other intellectual property developed under the arrangement are owned by the Vendor.
