Dr. Fane has over 30 years experience in industry, consulting, and education. He has testified as an expert witness before the U. S. Bancruptcy Court, U. S. District Courts, Florida District Courts, Georgia District Courts and in Arbitration cases. He has provided consulting and dispute resolution services in the areas of Accounting and Finance to companies ranging from start-up ventures to major corporations. Dr. Fane received his PhD from the University of Florida, an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago, and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Iowa. He is often sought as a seminar leader and speaker, having conducted over 300 presentations throughout the United States.
