What is a Case Review?

If you would like a technology lawyer to review your case, please submit a Case Review Request form to the Administrator of MyTechnologyLawyer.com. The Administrator will acknowledge receipt of your Request within five calendar days. At the time of acknowledgement, the Administrator will either accept the Case Review Request form for further processing, or will advise that the Case Review is rejected.

Case Review Requests that are accepted by the Administrator will be forwarded to a technology lawyer at Draughon Professional Association for review. The assigned lawyer will respond to your request within ten days after the Case Review Request is received by such lawyer from the Administrator.

Review of your case by a lawyer at Draughon Professional Association does not mean that Draughon Professional Association or MyTechnologyLawyer.com has agreed to represent you. Please be aware that there may be time limits and deadlines involved in bringing claims or defending any actions. You should be aware of the time limits and deadlines, and retain counsel directly to comply with such requirements.

Case Reviews are provided at No Charge and are discretionary. Draughon Professional Association and MyTechnologyLawyer.com reserve the right to decline review at any time for any reason. Please do not assume that Draughon Professional Association and MyTechnologyLawyer.com will agree to represent you in any such matters.
