Rules Of Arbitration
The substantive disposition of your case is subject to the absolute discretion of the Arbitrator. This discretion applies to all matters involving evidence, discovery, depositions, testimony, hearing procedures and various aspects of the dispute. Generally, the Arbitrator will reference the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure as a guideline for adjudicating your case. These rules provide guidelines for adjudicating civil actions in U.S. District Courts. While not directly applicable to arbitration, they are used to provide a substantive frame of reference for Arbitrator decisions in administering your case. Applicability of these rules is subject to Arbitrator discretion.
