What is a Draughon Affiliate?

Establishing a technology law practice requires access to practitioner materials as well as marketing support. These two primary challenges require relationships with experienced and established attorneys in the field who can provide senior guidance, complete forms and client advice.

The Draughon Affiliate program provides licensed attorneys interested in practicing technology and intellectual property law with practice resources and business development support. Target recipients include attorneys in private practice desiring to expand the scope of their activities to include technology law issues and clients, as well as new lawyers who may be interested in establishing a technology law practice. The Draughon Affiliate Program provides these attorneys with access to senior technology law practitioners for advice, mentoring and collaboration.

If you are a practicing attorney and would like to participate in the program as an affiliate, please complete an affiliate application. Your application will be reviewed for approval by the administrator who will advise you of your status as an affiliate within two business days of receiving your application. We look forward to working with you.
