Location Of Your Hearing
The location of your hearing may be set forth in the Arbitration Agreement. You can request a facility as part of your Demand or the parties may agree to a situs. Facilities are generally arranged by the Administrator. If the parties cannot agree the determination is made by the Arbitrator.
